I Do Not Support This LV

Don't get me wrong I looovvveeee Louis Vuitton and I love what Marc Jacobs has done with the collection thus far....BUT...I do not agree with him letting the egomaniac Kanye West design a line of shoes, sneakers no less!

What gives Kanye the credentials to design a line in conjunction with one of the most recognizable and respected fashion houses? To add insult the sneakers range from $800-$1000 a pair!

Would you pay that kind of $$$ for these?

I wouldn't but it seems that some people don't feel the same, they have already sold out and they haven't even hit shelves yet.

Louis next time you're in need of new creative input I am always available.

Anna Wintour's tale: Vogue editor to appear in 'real-life Devil Wears Prada'

The September Issue focuses on Anna Wintour - inspiration for The Devil Wears Prada and 'most important woman in fashion'

For all of you who thought that The Devil Wears Prada was a documentary brushed with a thin patina of drama to disguise the fact that it was an expos̩ of American Vogue editor Anna Wintour, along comes the real thing. Wintour, the legendarily reticent editor who almost never talks to the press, has cast aside her innate media shyness Рas she would an Yves St Laurent cerulean military jacket from 2003 Рand agreed to appear in a documentary about herself. Called The September Issue, the documentary hits UK cinemas on 11 September and this trailer makes it all look rather jolly fun. Except for the moment where the Vogue underling breaks the news to La Wintour that the photographer didn't shoot the coliseum dress. Cue reaction from Wintour. If looks could kill ...
